Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion
Send a message to ALMALVS through Messenger from the Facebook or Instagram account connected to the conversation. Use the words Delete my data and include the account name or handle you used and the approximate date of the conversation.
How we verify the request
We may ask for a small amount of information to confirm that you control the account connected to the request. Do not send passwords, access codes or payment information.
What we delete
After verification, we delete the matching Smart Lead System records that we control, including stored conversation text and lead summaries, unless we need to retain specific information to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Platform records
This request applies to information held by ALMALVS Smart Lead System. It does not delete copies that Facebook, Instagram or another platform keeps under its own policies. You can manage those records through the relevant platform's privacy tools.
