This guide describes a draft; it does not submit or store an inquiry. Delivery enabled: false.

## Fields

- Name (required): The person preparing the draft.
- Email or phone (required): A reply address or phone number for an eventual human-reviewed inquiry.
- What needs to work better? (required): The current workflow, recurring friction, desired outcome and relevant constraints.
- Project areas: Optional selections from the published list: Custom software, AI automation, IT support, Field systems, Integrations, Not sure yet.

## Suggested draft

Describe the current workflow or bottleneck, who makes the next decision, relevant equipment or software, constraints, and an optional timeline. Do not assume pricing or availability; both need discussion.
